I use a spraystick and just autoattack while I look through my mail or my inventory or some such... sure it takes a couple of minutes and the damage isn't high end, but you are firing once a second and that adds up.

You need a shot that doesn't target the head. I was going crazy trying to blow up structures until I realized they didn't have heads =D...also stun damage will not work on them so don't use a jawa ion. I used conceal shot, or if you don't have it yet marksman overcharge shot 1 or 2(have rifles to spare because it eats them up fast esp. if you also slice and use powerups).

Yeah, faction farm Mos Themis, the cloner is very close to the base and you clone without a TEF and there is no decay from rebel kills. Until a Player starts to DB you its easy FP.

It doesn't make sense to use a T21 on mission bases/lairs because:

- The AP is not applied, so it makes no difference.

- The T21 is more expensive. You can normally buy 3+ LR for the price of one T21.

- LR has higher base damage.

- LR has lower HAM cost so you can afford to use specials.

- You can use any old LR for the task. I run LR's into the ground instead of my good T21/DXR6s.

I use a laser rifle myself, but same strategy. Check mail, /tell friends, see what's going on in /gu, watch TV, hehe

What do you mean the Laser has higher base damage? Do you mean higher average damage? Because I have T21s with over 200 minimum damage but no Laser anywhere near that.
