Thread: Why doesn't she bleed...

So, I have a friend that can sit down and concealshot elders until they die. Regularly. She doesn't get the 1-tick bleed, ever.

I go prone and elders start bleeding before they're down 100k. We use very similar weapons both on wound % and damage... what am I doing wrong?

unfortunately there is no real rhyme nor reason to when the bleed strikes - (you allude to a theory I hold - that a greater wound change = more bleeds - but as you are using the same equipment it must be something else)

Bleeds generally arrive randomly, your friend will eventually have as many bleeds as you hit a NS elder and you may eventually get to a period of time when no bleeds strike. Currently just a statistical anomoly.

Yesterday I spammed maybe 100 conceal shots without even getting a bleed... So what is real chance? I am of course extremely glad to get no bleed, but I think it's a bit unfair...

It is totaly random for that kind of bleed. Ive spent 2 hours conceal shooting a GDK and didnt land a single bleed on it in 2 hours!

You spent 2 hours killing 1 GDK? They can easily be sooloed, take 2-5 minute with SS2 or HS3

True and the entire time you're being diseased and beat on by that same GDK. 2hr's is an exaggeration and 30-45min is more likely the real time (or at least for Krayts). Not everyone can tank large mobs easily with their templates and not everyone has medic in their template either.

I soloed one with out mastswords, I just mastered that last night, most GDK will "slow down" and not be able to hurt you, wasn't it in my first case bu in my next one it as.

it is not rifleman only - we just notice it more often as we are the only ones who can shoot consistently without drawing aggro

and yes it is supposed to be in the game ^_^

i dont have the patience for conceal shot and for the record, whenever i use it on something that doesnt die in 3 shots, they bleed. oh and btw, maybe being a master makes a difference but who knows.

Maybe I did not understand one thing... who is that get the bleed? the creature or the shooter? Maybe I've a faulty memory, but I clearly remember that I (the shhoter) started to bleed, while conceal shooting, and not the creature (well, maybe something else happened too, I can't remember well)...
