Im talking about something worth more than petfood, or some minor stat food.

Anyone?

I really like flurr-cle onions. like 400 mind for 60 seconds. If I'm not eating any other food in a fight, and my mind drops pretty low, an onion will give me enough pool to stick it out till the end of the fight, usually.

Other than that, not a single thing, no.

Yup flur cle onion all the way baby. Me thinks its 500s tho. Although 60 seconds, top it with thruster head or muon.. I always keep an onion on toolbelt.

Flur cle saves.

Got to love those onions. Beyond that... bait? That's the only other "useful" thing I've foraged; I consider bait useful because it's the only way to get fishing from scratch if you have never done it before, of course.

No, simply put.

/forage isnt exactly a great skill now is it, and its broken of course, lets not forget that. "Rare items" Bah....

Perhaps they will intruduce "/search bin" that we could use when in a city, might turn something useful up then...

I can't say that I've gotten anything good besides the almighty onions...but maybe forage can give something rare...like a CDEF pistol someone threw in a bush?

Seriously though, for something "rare" to be obtained, it would have to be an incredibly small chance, because so many people forage. There's really not a limit considering you can walk like 5m away and forage again, and repeat that all day long.

Had to give SOE some credit there, not that they deserve it.

Forage is prolly broken.

There are only two things that can kill me: Silver bullets and GTEF.....and luckily silver doesn't exist in SWG.

Don't forget melons... One day I hope to have enough to fill my small house entirely in melons

I got a ring (one used for marriage) out of nowhere in my inventory but im not sure if it came from forage.

If I ever loot a corpse and it says 'looted all items' i check it, but sometimes i just forage away while camped up.

so perhaps, but perhaps not.

Either way i got it for free from somewhere.

Come on guys! Look on the bright side, I get grubs... and stuff... The occasional berry or fishing bait. What's not to love about another useless skill we've been stuck with?

No, but when I was fishing I caught an Eyes of Mesra.

Put up quite the fight it did.

If they attached a time span on "rare" loot frequency, that would prevent macro-foragers... like only once per week will you have the possibility of finding something thats really good
