Thread: Question about the High Tech field base

I'm looking to be a Master Bounty Hunter with 0-3-4-0 ranger. I mastered ranger to get the badge. My question is, when I unlearn Frontiering IV and only have Frontiering III, will I be able to still deploy the High Tech Field Base? I'll probably make like 200 or 300 in crates if I can and just wanted to see if I'd be wasting my resources or not.

I read somewhere that you can deploy one Ranger camp level above what you can create. I am not 100% sure on this. But I know that I read that thread within the last week or so.
