Alot of these type of Night Sister hangouts are spread across the planet. Most of em look pretty cool. My favourite is the one that has all the storm trooper heads mounted on flaming pikes.

My favorite Dathomir thing can be found while heading from the Northern Outpost to the Singing Mountain Clan POI. There is this VERY long suspension bridge that runs across two plateaus. it is very similar to the rickety old bridge from Indian Jones and The Temple of Doom.

hard to miss it when you get in its area. turn on the overhead map, and it is this REALLY long green line.
