Check the Dev Tracker. Holocron mentioned that Probots will have to temporarily take a 70% reduction in power (what ever that means specifically I don't know) to bring them in line. I believe the armore removal and change in weapon was mentioned. He also mentioned that some significant CH changes are in development and testing as well on the Test Center server. I don't own a probot but I do sympathyze. I'm sure you paid alot for your droidto turn around andfind him weakened.

30k for a bot with no armor and no attack. I feel so... screwed

Don't feel screwed. The old probots that you paid 30K for are now the absolute best in the game. They don't have any resists now but they retain their weapons destructive power and their 3500 HAM. New probots have 700-800 HAM and a lower end weapon I hear.

My only gripe is that I think it is absoulutely ridiculous how long it takes them to heal, considering they don't heal in the datapad anymore. I took my Probot to Lok, fought 3-4 mobs which took my P-bot down to like 15% health. I decide to just run around a bit using my mask scent to get a couple K exp while my P-bot healed. Well I did this for an hour and my P-bot actually made it to 50% health. I even tried to put up a camp to see if his health regened faster and still no joy.

On the positive note they said they are going to implement a full combat droid model or two. Only thing is that you are going to need a Certification to use them. I hope they don't limit them to just one profession or something.
