Thank you to everyone who posted. I have not tested all of these so there may be some inaccuracies, but hopefully this will help out!

A little bit more: Sharnaffs drop chitin armor segments. Projectile Feed Mechanisms and High Powered Capacitors could also be found in locked containers from BH's mission marks. After this update we should get more creatures to loot (unconfirmed): Recluse Gurk King (hide scales for new RIS armor), Woolamander Herrower on Yavin 4 (bone fragments for RIS armor), Peko Peko Albatross on Naboo (Feathers for RIS armor), Giant Dune Kimogila on Lok (Scales for RIS armor).

Just for the record, Giant Dune Kimogilas already drop armor segments. The ones dropped by the gdk are better than the ones dropped by regular kimogilas. Both enhance heat and cold resists.
