Hey all,

Well, this was discussed earlier - but the topic wasn't really reinforced and concluded. As far as I know, this guild does not exist on the kauri server at this time (at least officially), and most of the members on that member's page (sticky post) have given up their ranger skills.

I would really like to see this guild back into the Kauri server. I'm currently leading a guild, so I can't join another ingame, but I still wouldn't mind helping bring this guild to the Kauri server. Maybe still have all the members in their own guilds, but keep us as contacts to help out new rangers in their questions.

I don't know if this was done already, or who is in charge of the guild overall. If possible, can I get some information about what work has been done so far, and how far it is on the Kauri server? If it doesn't exist on the kauri server, maybe I can talk to the leader about getting it on the kauri server.

I'm not a master ranger yet, I have 4 more boxes to go, but I should be soon.

as far as I know, there never actually has been one on kauri, but a few of us have talked about setting up an unofficial chapter. We haven't done anything to start setting it up since we have no idea how many rangers actually exist on the server yet, or how many would be interested.

Drop into /RIN sometime and talk to people about it in there. You may find a bunch of people intersted.

Maybe we should use the forums as a basis for the members, and then people who we see in the game?

It shouldn't be hard to get people in it as needed. Some are holo grinding though, I think people here on these forums really like the profession. I'm sure it won't be hard to setup, maybe we can make a forum with the 'current kauri members' and have it sticky, or have the original person who sticky the message dealing with the members to edit and add as needed.

Along with that idea, I think a roll call on everyone should be done, the reason is because I contacted some of the ARs on the Kauri server, and they didnt exist any more. Well, the characters did, but they moved to other stuff. i didn't contact all, but a few and that was the case on the Kauri server.

yeah Kimi said pretty much the same thing. He'd contacted a few of them and they'd moved on. I know Kimi and I are interesting in an "unofficial" chapter at least since we're both guilded already.

Yeah, I tried to contact the people interested in an AR guild a couple of months ago. They're no longer Rangers, and one who I added to my friend list never seems to log in. There has never actually been an AR chapter on Kauri but there does seem to be a small interest.

Like Serje, I'm in a guild. I'd love to start up the AR chapter on Kauri, but I don't plan to leave ION. We have a nice city on Corellia (Ion city - it's on the map), only about 1000m NE of Coronet, which would be a perfect place to set up a house. I'd be happy to see what I could do to set up a large house in the city, sort of as an unofficial guild house... maybe as a central location for "unofficial" AR members to meet?

I'll see what I can do if others are interested.
