Mine is a 109. Talked to another ranger with a 110.

I have a 114 one made by a DE named Delos in Naritus Server. Is the highest on Naritus Server but i read on the DE forums that the highest record ever is 117.

Check the De forum if u want furhter info. If u do a search u will find it fast

I have a 113, though they are theoretically able to be made up to 120 -- 120 is going to be very difficult though, because the rating of harvesting modules depends on Overall quality and conductivity, and the modules require copper, steel, and inert gas. The problem is that it is very rare to find steel with high OQ and high COND so this suppresses the harvesting rating. But, if a DE gets an exceptional experiment (this happened with my alt), then he has a chance of getting the modules up there.
