I was reading the RANGER INFO NET post and thinking...wow we use TEAMSPEAK for our guild. Wouldn't that be neat to have a server were you could talk to other RANGERS <all servers>.

I tell you what I am gona make this my pri to use my boys machine to do this.

IDEAS??? Please feel free to input.

Also I say team speak, but is ventrillo better and so on????

Maybe give certain people admin rights.....I m thinking out loud!!

so not to sound dumb, but what exactly IS teamspeak? I've heard a lot of people talk about it, and I assume it's a kind of voice chat, but Iv'e never found out exactly what the deal is with it.

We almost got a Ranger TS going a while back, but it fizzled out...

The ranger teamspeak was a great idea, however it didnt get a lot of players and for some reason, team speak messed with my system.

and my input/ output volume was screwy

ts2.gurulou.com password is 78987. No one seems to get on tho, so I turned it off unless I'm playing.

Ya, I have seem this. You need to set up your microphone inputs from the operating system and not Teamspeak. Best thing to do is get the GameVoice hardware (headset and box). It can read the keys of the box to allow channel switching and stuff
