To celebrate the SWG 1 year anniversary, I would like to schedule the next Ranger hunt for this Sunday June, 27th. I know it isn't the exact date of the anniversary, BUT I would like to accomodate those of us that have a better chance to make it on a Sunday. Besides, the 27th is the 1 year anniversary of when the servers actually worked! Let's shoot for 11:00am Pacific, 12:00 Mountain (noon, lunchtime), 1:00pm Central, 2:00pm Eastern (the rest of you are on your own

).The question is, where and what shall we hunt? Travel is not an issue, so what should we go after?

I would like to propose Bria as a proper meeting place for this event given the server's history and standing in the game. I would be happy to do whatever needs to be done to help host this. I've been on Bria since day one and have been waiting to see what events might be planned for the anniversary.
As far as what we could hunt, I'll leave that up to the rest of the community. I'll be waiting to see what the community decides to do.

This is great. I am not sure if i will make it tho. I am still in Sicily and have to work. I am 6 hours ahead of EST, but I will do my best.
I don't mind which galaxy is it on. Alot of us from the last one had made characters on Wanderhome. Now if they deleted those characters and want to play on Bria, so be it. I still have mine on Wanderhome. But in reality Bria is fine. Being a noob was so much fun, I'll do it again.

I am curious, what is Bria's history that you mention? Is it applicable to the 1 year anniversary or something else? I will leave it up to the communtiy to decide where we should have it.

IMo I think we should stay with were we originally held the first GRM. I know the charater I created is still very much the noob on the wanderhome galaxie. Maybe if the Avian that Calc was looking for is still in shift, we could all go and help him get those large stacks.

Yes Bria was one of the main beta servers and now is the most populated. There is a memorial on Bria just outside of Bestine that commemorates a beta tester who died suddenly during beta 1. It just seemed to me that it would be an appropriate location to celebrate the games 1st year (plus my Ranger is there too, ok I confess). It's just a suggestion for everyone and enables me to help some with the setup and so forth. The Rangers on Bria haven't been able to get as well organized as they have on other servers, so perhaps a gathering of this sort could be a focal point to help launch a new Antarian Ranger group.......you think?

I have the same dilema with my WH character. I am too lazy to be start a new character!

I have a scout on Wanderhome and i missed the first meet. I will definatly come to the second one. Id say lets do a great shauput kill on Naboo. And just wipe them off the face of the planet

Bria is the flea bag of servers now. It's laggy, and because it's so overloaded there are very few spawns there. Anywhere but Bria would be fine, lol.

I would love this, and think it should stay on Wanderhome as well. I already have a noob there. The 27th is great too...as...well......
the newest addition of the Oppma clan is scheduled to arrive on June 28th (my birthday)
She is scheduled to arrive at 1 pm e.s.t. So I can play up up til then lol.
