Ranger Archive

Donno if it has been stated yet or not.

I am unable to get novice ranger (im not a respec fanboi, trying to get it normal way).
My scout xp caps at 75000. Needed for ranger is 125000.
And yes, i am master scout.

Owen-Lars, anyone looking into this ?
