Thread: xp caps and xp req changes, can't master ranger

got 4444 master ranger and the 1 million scouting xp for master cannot be attainable with a 600k scouting xp cap

I managed to get around it through respeccing, but this is some serious bull that I can't even fathom how it could get through testing except with developers pushing too hard to get this game out.
