I posted this on the Bloodfin Galaxy Trade boards, since it looked as if someone might need the ability to complete a quest that their faction wouldn't allow them to do.
Is there any official response on this? Any reason to think that it's "working as intended?"

Ok, thought I'd see what people thought about this.
A group of friends and I were going to do the Polished Krayt Dragon Skull quest one day, and when we got the first mission to go help Borvo the Hutt's lackey out of a jam my friend Ghost-Raven couldn't get within 50 meters of him without the npc to attack him. The reason was, my friend was Imperial, and the npc kept muttering something about police. When I applied an Nabooian Camo kit to him, he could walk up to the npc and converse with him like I did to finish the quest.
So, there you have it. Any reason that this ability could be marketable?

Before JTL, I would do regular faction missions. Since they were always red to me, I would apply camo and they would never attack me. Seems the npc/camo effect still worked with faction npc's whereas it never worked for other varieties.
