Thread: Trap fail Rates

I get up to four in a row. Since I started using traps as a scout until now, I've never noticed a change in the rate of success to failure.

Doesn't matter how I make the trap, the resources, or experimentation.

I'm not talking about phecnacine on top of phecnacine, but untrapped animals getting their first application, or second application after the -snare- goes away.

I guess I've just learned to adapt, but every once in awhile I think it'd be nice to gain trapping success as you go along.

Anyone else have input on this?

I started using stink bombs before phecnacine darts today, and it seemed to help quite a bit, but it may have just been luck or the Force.I'm wondering if the-snared- condition from a phecnacine dartcounts as a state change that the stink bomb can make more likely. Another thread mentions that the ranger traps seem to be working better now, but I haven't tried lately. Wonder if they will be eliminated when the new traps arrive, and if I should make a bunch?

- It's doubtful they will actually remove any of the existing traps.

- They will most likely simply add more traps for us to use.
