I'm new to doc, mastered a couple of days ago, however ive managed fairly successfully and quickly to collect the resources to make good buffpacks, I think I am either mining or have near or over 100k of all the resources I need except 3 materials which I am hoping to get very shortly... and meat

Since I started crafting buffpacks ive spent most of my time trying to track down avian meat, I was lucky enough to have 4-5k of okherbivore meat stashed away but that too is going to run out. I simply cant find any reasonable quantities, no vendors seem to stock any, ive seen one ranger in game and I'm getting 1k or so of avian off him, I'm hoping to get perhaps another k of another ranger who contacted me... but on the whole despite spending many many hours in game looking, I've only just about secured enough meat to make about 4-5 full sets of buffpacks - whatever the price, and ive seen that I can quite comfortably use 1-2 per day.

Basicly im wondering if there is some source of avian meat (primarily as it needs to be of the highest quality), herbivore meat and also (for my diseases) insect meat.. that I have somehow completely missed! If there isnt then take this post simply as a request to all ranger's on chimera for the current tat avian meat or anything which is better which you have in any substantial quantity

well, first have a look here: http://www.iootnega.com/medresources/default.asp and see what kind of herb and avian meat is on your server. then start talking to rangers about contracts. it may also help to go to your galaxy's trade forum to find a contract. watch for meat auctions too.

BTW, you aren't going to get very much tat avian meat. the only creatures that drop it are dwarf nunas and they don't give enough meat for it to be worth it to hunt for anyone but newbies.

You should put in an order with a local ranger on your server, then wait in line till he gets all the orders filled he has in front of yours. With the increased needs in organics lately, you should have your order by June.

Heh. I was charging 75cpu for dath hide. I still couldn't get enough people to leave me alone.

Glad to see Rangers are in demand!

After taking a few months off of swg and wiping all my old characters I started back up a couple weeks ago and am enjoying it much more this time around. I am only a few APs away from master scout and the plan has been to go Ranger as soon as I can (with luck tonight).

wow, prices aren't that high on my server. Ppl are freaking out because the going rate for Lok leathery right now is at 35 cpu. I can sell just about anything for a minimum 15 cpu though. Most ppl are offering 20 and 25 cpu for contract hunts.

You are in luck as i have more than 5k of all 3 eat u require, the avian is only middle of the road stuff but the herb and insect meat (endorian spider) are good quality , whats your in game name ill pst u when im on. Can negotiate a price then but will be good as im trying to clear out my house before i relocate to another planet so will be a big sale.
