Im pretty sure if anyone can it would be smugglers. They seem to be the best suited for that kind of thing.Rangers,to my knowledge,do not have this ability. An ability to evade them would be more in line with what we are good at,but I dont see that happening any time soon.

As far as I know, anyone can diffuse minefields, so long (obviously) as the minefield was placed by a member of the opposite faction. I could be entirely wrong about this, as I've never found what could be referred to as solid information on this.

Rumor has it that your Trapping score affects your chance of success. I do not know. I attempted a minefield diffusion once. I failed countless times. Set off mines four times, and successfully diffused one mine. I was a Ranger with 0 Adv. Trapping at that time. I've not had opportunity since to test and see if my chances are any better.

I swear to someone I am buying y'all a spell checker.

But anyhow, I have defused mines a time or three. Though I think something has been borked lately. Before I was doing it maybe 80% - whereas now, well I don't try, just run them over with my speeder.

I don't think "anyone" can do it, just if you have trapping. I could be wrong tho.

Just another of our broken skills
