My friend (another Master Ranger) and I we're out in the Tatooine wilderness today looking to find a krayt spawn other than the graveyard (currently being camped by jedi). I'm in the mountains just south of the Jawa trader POI when I do an areatrack and see "A Wild Bladeback Boar". I head south 235m and sure enough there it was. I couldn't believe this because I was 6km from the area it usually spawns (around the Old Mos Espa Arena Circuit).

Now if this had been the pirates I wouldn't be surprised because they're always spawning miles away from the ranch (I've found them twice around Anchorhead) but I assumed this was just because the region they are assigned to spawn in is larger. However, I've found the boar multiple times and it's always just west of the race track.

So I'm a bit confused. Can the Hero of Tatooine spawns pop up anywhere on the planet now? I'm pretty certain it's not always been like this. If you plot the waypoints from any guide they seem to mark out specific areas where they spawn, and I've always confined my tracking to those areas. I'd just like to know if this is the first time they've been spotted in strange places.

I have found it in the same general area quite often lately on my server.

Odd, but not unheard of. I think it wanders until someone kills it, all spawns. So I do.

Found it on the edge of one of the calderas w. of the racetrack, so seeing as I felt charitable, popped into planet chat and asked if anyone was looking for it...

"No point doing the quests just now, the bounty hunters are broken.."

Just when you thought they could't make them any dumber..

well, i just spent well over an hour looking for the damn farmer.

two other people were out there looking also. but one of them, a friend of mine, said he thinks that the farmer wont spawn until another server reset.

i drove all over the damn place. anyone else try looking for the farmer lately?

Last time I found the Pirate Leader he was on a hillside next to an oasis between Anchorhead and Eisley. Miles from where I normally find a him and kinda cool as I did not know the location of the oasis beforehand

I found the pirates about 300m from the ranch.The farmer, well I found him about 500m outside of Bestine. Found the bh right in bestine, but it was bugged And the boar...well I've been looking for him for about 2 weeks now and no luck. But I've been looking mostly around the track, so I'll go try near the JawaPOI. Thanks for the info. Wish me luck!

Just did all 4 of them on one of my TC toons.

1) BH mission still borked. Took two different attempts to guess the right one (the whole left->right, 1->5 thing doesn't seem to be valid)

I couldn't find the farmer either... I just thought he wasn't spawning.

I didn't realize they were wandering now. I was looking around the Ranch house for the Pirates but couldn't find them the other day. I am on Kettemoor, but I will now be looking around Anchorhead I think!

As for another place to find Krayts...on Kettemoor there is a city about 1600m from Wayfar to the West. Wayfar is the NPC city closest to Jabba's palace. I was able to take down a couple of Krayts that spawn in that area as Master Ranger/Master Squad Leader. I even got a Pearl once they fixed that again.
