Does anyone have the hard numbers? Or if each + amount adds a certain %, etc?

Also, sortof new to this; but are there foods, clothes, buffs, droids, etc which will enhance the ability to harvest more hides/meats?

have a novice Scout on Starsider and a Master Ranger on naritus. I'll run some tests.

I am ashamed that you didn't ask me.

Veghash increases creature harvesting, the creature harvesting tapes don't work, droids only replace the scout's harvesting modifier with the droid's own when the droid is the one that harvests, there are no buffs for harvesting, and grouping with a pet or droid will not give the increase for being grouped. CL and creature size determine amount harvested, as well as "the creature was fat and healthy," or "the creature was skinny and weak."

Creature resources are spawns just like inorganic resources. The concentrations seem to map like ore resources. There is a gradual change over a relatively large distance. Scrawny and weak tells you that you are in a poor spawn locale. Fat and healthy tells you that you are in the sweet spot. Look for more missions in that area.

There is a significant difference between Novice Scout and Master Ranger. If I am in a group and using +20 veghash, I can harvest 1000 units of resource from a single kill (in a Fat-n-Healthy spawn area).

I usually head home with 3 to 4 times the resources of the Novice Scouts in the hunting group. I don't have a comparison to Master Scout.

Formula is:
Base_Harvest_Amount * (100 + harvest_mod)/100
So a Novice Scout (+15 harvesting) gets 0.46 times as much as a Master Ranger (+150 harvesting) or about half as much.

I noticed my master ranger taking in over 700 units on bols on dant will grinding. My alt with only 4000 scout (mbh, mcarb) would take in half that grinding same bols on dant. hope that helps....

Now how does this add up if a Master Ranger is using a +111 Harvesting droid?? Seen a couple on the bazaar and wonder if it worth replacing Bolts my +100 Harvesting Bonus Droid?

Right now, droids seem to be bugged. I have never personally tried using a harvesting droid but I've heard that your harvest rate will drop if you are a Master Ranger using a harvesting droid (especially when grouped with another player).
