Thread: Why don't we have KD recovery?

Aren't we supposed to be a combat profession? All combat professions get KD recovery with the exception of Ranger and Creature Handler (Which just happens to be what I am). So, again, Why don't we have KD recovery?

I'm assuming that, unless you only ever grouped and harvested thus avoiding kills, that you would have at least novice brawler or novice marks? Which would give you KD recovery. (KD recovery isn't given with the 'elite' combat profs and, nominally, Ranger is one of those.)
istr from a recent discussion that the only elite "combat" prof with no inherited KD is Master Doctor.

I have neither right now, but I guess I'll be dropping some medic to get it. They should put it as novice scout also.

We have never been considered a "combat" class, however we have been seen more as "combat support".
we dont have weapons, or combat mods... it sucks, but thats the way it is right now. Hence, no combatant specials.

If this is the case, we should get it with scout...our normal combat prof.
