I used to MR and loved it despite all it's flaws. Right now I am MP, Carbine 4/4/4/1 and Musician x/x/4/4. I need to keep the musician part because of the Band I play in. If I master Ranger again I'll be CL61 and I'd probably get like Marksman x/4/x/1 or something. Will I even be able to hit anything with this template?

You will be able to hit targets with that template but you won't be doing especially well. Traps (i.e. the phecnacine dart) would really be your only combat skill so you would be limited to creature only combat when solo. Grouped, you should be able to do fine but you won't really add much in non creature combat (and, really, you'd mostly be helpful for the high end creatures that can be hard to find and really hit hard).
Creature Handler might help you a bit here (because you can spend more skill points in it) but I doubt you would have enough skill points to get this to a really acceptable level. You'd probably be just inflating your CL without any extra skills to back it up.
If you care about being useful while solo, this template is a bit crazy (in my opinion). On the other hand, a Master Ranger with some medic skills can be a useful group member to have along. You probably won't find many people begging you to come along for your skills but, if you have some friends that you like to hunt with, you won't really slow them down (and you could give them inspiration buffs and decrease their stim use with the Medic/Ranger template).
