ok i have a friend that is a bio engineer and he wanted to know if the packs that rangers can make to mask against special creatures can be used by anyone ...


if anyone knows the answer to this let me know thanks guys

Anyone can benefit from having one APPLIED to them by a Ranger, but without the /conceal (wayfaring 1)command it would be useless to your friend.
