I saw that just now TH posted that the Smuggler's revamp is being delayed until Pulish 11. I think this is a great thing for smugglers. It means the devs are going to devote the attention needed to that class to make the revamp a success instead of doing it half way.

My concern is what this means for Rangers and our future revamp. With the Smuggler Revamp now delayed to publish 11, I can't possibly see how the Squad Leader revamp will be released on its original time table either(also publish 11). Meaning that revamp too will likely be delayed a few publishes. As it stands, this is the picture I'm starting to see develop:

Mid June: Publish 9 and the Jedi revamp

End of July: Publish 10 Jedi unlocking system changed, Combat balance finally mostly implemented

Begining of September: Publish 11, GCW revamp, Smuggler Revamp, last little touches to combat balance, SL revamp if not delayed

Mid October to November: Publish 12/SE fully focused on integrating SE into the game(and patching those without the expansion to still tie into the SE world)

Mid December: Publish 13: Squad Leader Revamp if it is delayed, bug fixes/SE related content.

End of January: First potential opening for a Ranger revamp under the current schedule.

I realize they say be patient and stick with it. But if you look at how full their plate is for the remainder of this year. Realistically, we can't possibly expect an actual revamp to happen until 2005 to our profession. And that concerns me a lot.
