Nothing has really changed for Ranger since you left. And we don't expect any big changes anytime soon. Overall, I think the game has become more fun, though. Just realize that lots of people are really into profession grinding now. As long as you can stand the attitude involved there, you should find things interesting. Although there is also a lot of the Uber Leet attitude going around. Just ignore it and try and have some fun (but you probably want to stay away from PvP--it's really brutal).
