Ladies and Gentlemen of the class of ‘99
If I could offer you only one tip for the future, hawtpants would be
it. The long term benefits of hawtpants have been proved by
scientists whereas the rest of my advice has no basis more reliable
than my own meandering experience…I will dispense this advice now.
Enjoy the power and beauty of your n00bishness; oh nevermind; you will not
understand the power and beauty of the n00b until they have faded.
But trust me, in future times you’ll look back at screenies of yourself and
recall in a way you can’t grasp now how much possibility lay before
you and how fabulous you really looked….You’re probably not as dumb as you
imagine.
Don’t worry about the dying; or worry, but know that cloning is as
effective as trying to track a gorax by playing the slitherhorn. The real troubles in your life are apt to be things that never crossed your worried mind; then crash your machine at 4am on some patch day.
Do one thing everyday that scares you
Sing
Don’t be reckless with other people’s HAM, don’t put up with
people who are reckless with yours.
Dance
Don’t waste your time on uber1337ness; sometimes you’re ahead, sometimes
you’re behind…the race is long, and in the end, it’s only with yourself.
Remember the compliments you receive, forget the insults; if you succeed in doing this, tell me how.
Spam the cantina once, but leave before you get banned. AFK your ass across the galaxy but remember never to tumble for tips. Well, in public anyhow.
Image Design
Don’t feel guilty if you don’t know what you want to do with your toon…the most interesting people I know didn’t know at 22 what they wanted to do with their lives, some of the most interesting 40 year olds I know still don’t.
Eat plenty of spice.
Be kind to your harvesters, you’ll miss them when they’re gone.
Understand that vendors come and go, but for the stocked ones you should hold on. Work hard to bridge the gaps in geography and lifestyle because the older you get, the more you need the people you knew when you were young.
Live in Coronet once, but leave before it makes you hard; live
on Naboo once, but leave before it makes you soft.
Travel.
Accept certain inalienable truths, prices will rise, politicians will philander, you too will get old, and when you do you’ll fantasize that when you were young prices were reasonable, politicians were noble and children respected their elders.
Respect your elders.
Don’t expect anyone else to support you. Maybe you have an eBay account, maybe you have a wealthy spouse; but you never know when either one might run out.
Don’t mess too much with slicing, or by the time you're uber, it will get nerfed.
Be careful whose training you buy, but, be patient with those who supply it. Forum surfing is a form of nostalgia, think of it as a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it’s worth.
But trust me on the hawtpants…

Be careful what you wish for. We might have to call in our "brothers", the BHs. And I'm sure no one wants that

Publish 10.1 patch notes
Tailors:
-All pants schematics have been changed to produce Scout Camo pants, and only the original dark&light grey ones (typically seen on a novice Scouts starting equipement)
-Current pants, shorts and nickers now have been converted to the Scout Camo. Colors (even the pink ones) revert to the original colors, most oftenfound on novice scouts.
-All your hawtpants are belong to us.

uh oh...
I'm a Ranger AND a Politician... what am I to do??? the internal struggle is eating me alive...
and on a semi-related note, a Tailor friend of mine made me a nice bright orange pair of hawtpants and an orange decorative headdress, which is now my official rancor hunting uniform.
