Just a thought while scanning the profession boards.
Why not add area track for players and traps that could be used in PvP?
Seems like for the last year a Ranger is just a scout that can collect extra hides and make fancy camps that serve little purpose.
Maybe a hybrid beast/player tracker would make this profession more enjoyable and interesting.

I don't think we should get player traps but our traps should work on a players tamed pets. I mean how come our traps work on the wild animals but if someone tames it our traps don't work? That doesn't make sense. By letting our traps work on Players pets it would make ranger viable for PvP.

Actually as Master Ranger we have the "player track" ability on our "area track". It has the sametrackng radius as "animal" and "people" track. I have been contacted on numerous occasions with requests to track players. Most of which I have turned down as I personally do not wish to track Jedi ... which is what most of these requests are for.

I have always thought that if (especially a BH) wanted to track marks with this skill, they should have enough skill pts left over to do it, or am I mistaken?
