Hey there

Since the first day I've liked the idea of antarian rangers. I was jazzed when I found out there was a chapter in my galaxy. I was even more jazzed when I finally hit novice ranger a week ago. Since then, I've been trying to join. What I've gotten is bunch of dodging instead. I asked a couple people who I should talk to and they kindly pointed me in a direction but I still have gotten no concrete answers. The most I've been told is "I'll let you know after saturday if your still interested." It's now monday and I've made it clear I'm still interested. My interest is beginning to lower though. Be patient you'll probably tell me but all I can say is, with lack of any communication at all my patience is very short. I hold no one to a standard I don't hold myself to and frankly leaving someone completely hanging is unacceptable. It's downright rude. I'ld have been and would still be happy with something along the lines of "Were busy atm." or "Now isn't good." Hell! Even "No." Would be better! I'ld just like something instead of complete silence.

You just contacted me last week. The reason you were asked to wait is because we just elected officers Saturday nightas well as finalized new recruit trials.

I passed your name along with many others who have asked to be considered to our new Membership Officer Zephyer on Sunday afternoon. The fact that you have not heard from him could be that today is Monday and he might have to work? I don't know but that's just a guess on my part.

I'm glad you are eager to join AR, but to post this type of message after only one day doesn't bode well with me. Not all of us have the flexible play schedule you might have Raanan. If this were a week later I could understand your point. But to say we are dodging and rude because we didn't immediately jump on your offer to joinone day after I asked you to waitI feel was a bit premature.

I hope your ingame character is a bit more patient and understanding that this is a game -played only when rl doesn't interfere.

Now, that said, if I see Zephyer online tonight, I will make sure he contacts you.

I understand your frustration, and I'm sorry that happened to you. That said, the PA is working very hard to get up and into a groove under Zkulls ambitious but deft leadership, and in a situation like that, communication is often sketchy.

Well, I just spent a significant amount of timing writing a reply explainingmy positiononly to have sony's bugged forums hose my entire post, irritating to say the least. I'll just post what I feel is the most important part.

I won't apologize for who I am but I apologize for stepping on anybody's toes. Coupling a brash personality with a quick tongue is a shortcoming.

It doesn't make as much sense without the rest of the post as it does with but the point gets across I hope.
