First I was asked to get 10k Dath animal bone for an armorsmith. The bone on our server is real good. No big whoop there. Took me an hour. He paid me 100k creds.

Next was an architect needing help getting to his harvs on Dantooine. A Dark Adept had spawned nearby. I camoed myself and him then ran out there. Too bad DKAs can see right through that for some reason. So I pulled the DKA away while he emptied his harvs and added power/maintanence. Thank god for buffs and armor. I was afraid if I didnt hold him off long enough he would return to finish off the Arch. Lucky for me DKAs dont seem to have forcerun. I circled back and took the arch back to the outpost. He paid me 500 plus clone/buff/travel fees.

Final contract was helping a player needing weapon's xp. Instead of doing missions I suggested random spawns since they yield more beasties. Took him to Dantooine also and helped him by pulling the mobs and letting em chew on me while he hit them with his butterknife (stun baton). He paid me in harvest chance and clone/buff/travel fees.

Not bad for first time in 5 months huh?

One thing that threw off two of the players was I really role playing it out. Using terms like "spoor" and "anchorshot". I enjoyed the hell out of it.

I read alot of books written by big game hunters like Capstick, Ruark, and Patterson. So I picked up alot of terminology.

Spoor is a polite term for "poopy". As in "I see the spoor from an elephant over there." Polite way of saying, "Hey look at that big pile of sh*t."

Anchorshot - got me. Unless you mean something like the round from a Barret Light 50. One shot and there is enough lead in you to be an effective anchor. If the round doesn't penetrate, and it usually does. Makes a large mess, but I digress.

Fewmets is another term for poopy also. I think that was in some stupid poem I was required to read oncet upon a time.

Anchorshot is when you cant hit any vitals on something big so you pop a knee to keep them "anchored". That way you wont get charged.
