Thread: So much easier to become Master Ranger now...
This has to be probably one of the easiest professions to get to master now after the patch. I mean adding on 20000 extra xp to wayfarring, trapping, and tracking? That's not difficult to get now that the master scout has 100 for mask scent they will rarely be seen. Just wander around Dathomir for a little bit in a party and you'll be set for scouting (not to mention that you get FULL xp for harvesting in groups but only yeild 60% of the resource). As for trapping, thats the first thing I maxed. Again just travel with hunting groups on Dathomir and throw 3 or 4 different traps at one baz and you'll be a trap master in no time. Dropping the requirement for frontiering was also a mistake. They could've just kept it the same because you get survival xp from crafting now. Raising the requirement a little for some skills in the ranger class doesn;t compensate for how you can gain the experience needed.
Anyone else feel this way? Looking for some friendly criticism.
I agree with you....
With the influx of new Rangers added to the fact that the xp is much easier to get now, there will be a large amount of master rangers running around soon.

First of all, GREAT Patch in general! This only reaffirms the fact that true roleplayers here for the fun are Rangers!
Unfortunately I have to agree with this post. It always has been WAY to easy to hit master ranger. I actually became master ranger, completely dropped it (except frontiering) and am now in the process of doing it again.
Even though this will hurt me too....
Make it harder PLEASE (oh, and a planet-specific hunting cabin would be nice...)
