Ranger Archive

Are rangers ever going to get any bonuses while using mounts? I heard about this a long time back, and was wondering if there had been any further developments. I think this would be a good idea, since rangers are one with nature and creatures, and thus know how to use a mount with more skill. Just think of Aragorn(from LotR), he was a ranger, and supposidly one of the fastest riders too(on horseback anyway).
