I got a high powered T-21 rifle with a delay of about 7, and thats exactly how long I have to wait to throw a trap after using the T-21. 2nd trap thrown is faster.

-SHOOT

-DELAY 7

-THROWTRAP

Same thing with basically using any skill, like conceal.

-SHOOT

-DELAY7

-CONCEAL

So if you have a fast pistol, you throw traps faster ?? I have several weapons of varying speeds, will check this out.

Interesting

If you shoot, anything you do after that has the delay built in automatically.

However, do faster weapons, and not firing, effect your delay? I wouldn't think so. I'm done with the trapping line, so I don't care much anymore, but it is a curious thing you bring up, as I did all my trap exp'ing with a pistol in hand(and my friend tanking the monsters I trapped lol)

This is because it's not a delay in a weapon itself, it is a delay on how long it is to recover from a shot from that weapon.

Hence, if you want to do something after shooting a special with a T21, you better set up camp and wait for it, unless your a master rifleman. On the flip side, if you want to do something after shooting a pistol, better spam it cause you'll be able to do it 10 times a second.

If you go and test it, you have the same delay time after using ANY trap and shooting, the delay time shows up when you shoot a weapon(or punch/slash) and then use a trap. This is exactly how it's supposed tobe.
