D'oh
Ok here is my question...
are the resources on Lowca the same as the resources on the other servers? Basically are the resources identical on all servers?

No, I believe theattributes forresourcesare randomly created when the shift occurs...
- By that, it would be statistically improbable for two servers to have the same quality resource.

The Quality seems to be different on each server. I can get decent quality (Naboo) Herb Meat on Ahazi OQ 947, PE 247, and on Flurry OQ 927, PE 84. Eclipse its like OQ 247 PE 85. It seems all resources such as metal, ore, etc. is effected the same way, what's great on Flurry may be garbage on Ahazi.

Darn
I was hoping to start a ranger database to post and (hopefully sticky to the top of high quality resources) that way all the rangers wouldnt have to go around to each planet, every tme a resource shift happens.
However...If rangers from different servers all join up with me to post server specific stats on the best stuff, then this could be a nice project for us to take on

A more useful way to implement this would be on a per server basis.
Here's what one of the folks on Tempest put up:

I'm one of the regular maintainers, and we keep track of all the resources on the server. Animal resources aren't updated as consistently as I would like, but it's a definite advantage to be able to look up and see what resources have what stats.
