Hi everyone,

My template atm is Master creature handler and 4,4,4,0 in ranger,

It has taken me forever to grind out the trapping line of scout and now i have a mountain ahead of me with the ranger trapping line.

Does anyone have any tips or advice for me?

Also, this is an alt account which i'd like to use to have a little fun and generate a income with, any thoughts or ideas are welcome.

P.S. this ranger proff is awesome, why didn't i try this a year ago

Hey

Your trapping level and your cl are not the same. You will have to go around trapping drunies for a bit to get the best xp. Someone has very nicey written down the level according to which box you have, but i can't find it. Do a search for it or maybe some else knows where to find it.

thanks for ur info,

i had to spend hours hunting dragnets on tat, but i'll try and find out if there are any other critters that give more xp

Great piece of info

i have been reading some posts and it seems everyone is on ranger/ranged profs,

is ranger/ creature handler not a liked temp?

i'm trying to figure out the pro's and cons of ranger/creature handler -v- ranger/ ranged prof.

any thoughts?

Mostly it's just that people don't like relying on pets to do their dirty work. I want to shoot the animal in the head and skin it myself, not have my pet do it for me. It's just a difference in tactics. As a MBH/MRanger/SL0300 I can take down lvl 85 Nightsisters and any animal I can kite properly with a snare. I'd imagine you could do that with pets, but I've never been too good with them myself, so I stick to my array of weapons and stims, rather than figuring out how to make an animal do my job. heh, not to sound.. demeaning, just not a lot of love for the profession personally speaking. I can respect it, since it's something I've never been able to do, but that's about it.
