Thread: can ranger move faster while prone?

i know that rangers dont have very large movement penalties. does this mean they can move faster while prone? it has always been annoying to me that NPC can match me for speed when i am standing and they are prone.

Yup...TN ove +50 (which is achieved at Master Scout) is applied to crawl speed.
