Thread: hunting grounds progression?
yeah, i still have to do the wagers, and also whatever is after the Moufs.
i had the same problem when i tried to do the wager, i just couldn't kill ullers fast enough.
i also need a good sized high end group for the Arena, because it spawns creatures higher than my CL, so i can't solo em.

I finally got thru the space "pre entry missions" and have been having a blast - only up to hunting the wallugas, but decided this weekend to take a bit of a hiatus on that and do two more important things:
1) got a sweet, sweet set of Advanced layered Scout Trooper armor. So I'm grinding out the FP to bio link all 10 pieces using that grouping of CL25 Rebel commandos just off to the side from the first set of Walluga Skullsmashers (or whatever they're called) on the first level of the Ryatt Trail. Sooooo much fun.... and the Scout armor looks NICE.
2) Kashyyyk avian is actually really good right now on Ahazi (OQ and PE both in the mid to high 900's). Got a few clients who want as much as I can get. And would you look at that, there's a Rodian over there willing to pay me 8000 creds for every set of 8 I kill. Feels slightly dirty to be "double dipping" like that, but hey... I AM dealing with Rodians, so I already feel slightly dirty. One circuit around that hill, I've earned 8000 credits plus whatever I harvest off the veractyls that I'm selling. Sometimes I get a few extra just for fun and harvest, but it's like taking candy from a baby it's so fast and easy. Made an easy 600k last night just on harvest and I'll probably make another few circuits today, I have an armor "habit" that I've got to keep up with now....
you should feel dirty if you're NOT dealing wtih the rodians. we control all the hunting of everything on kashyyyk that isn't a wookiee. feel free to kill all the wookiees you want without giving us anything in return though...
So far, I've really been having a lot of fun on kashyyyk, but I have a bunch of quests still to even try. Been busy with regular ground stuff lately, FP grinding and trying to finally master Storm Squadron after 7 or so months.
I can't get the poacher box by the tree, it keep s saying you can't see this object, it's the last poached goods I need from the Chriss poachers, and I can't get it, won't let me..any help would be great

The one up on that little hill or mound of grass in the center of the camp?
It's blocked around most of that mount except for one small spot.. you just have to find the "opening" and it will let you walk right up to the box.
I had to move around a lot before I worked my way up past the bushes.
Apparently there's some invisible wall border around it, so you can see it and target it -- but you can't loot the box through the wall.

Sweet, anyone got into the Glade yet? I got in a few hours ago, its a great hunt.
yep - I have. I need more firepower to finish it though. I can take down most of the critters (using traps to pull) and the pairs of chiss, but there's this group of 4 chiss together that just cuts right through me. Still - lots of fun.

I actually found the last few wagers to be easier than the first one, because in the first one the normalcritters would assist the ones you had to kill, but in the following wagers, you could shoot one of the targer critters and lure them away from the crowdof other things and just kite them with an area attack. It didn't look pretty, but it worked.
To get into the hracca glade:
start with Mada Johnson's find brody missions on the third level of the great tree. You will get to a point where you can talk to Johnson Smith, who will then give you a series of missions that will eventually get you into the glade.
(I've encoded it so that it's not a spoiler)
The glade is a disaster though - you have to kill all ofthe level 80ish chiss guys just to get the fog to clear so the big nasty will spawn. And there's tons of level 75-80ish critter running aound and they'll agro you while you're trying not to die in two shots to the chiss guys. Oh, and you have 30 minutes to complete it.
