Basicly what me and a guildie where trying to do last night was get our rewards from the Geo Clone Quest, but the rewards where in the Geo Caves, so thinking Pre-Cu how hard could it be, well they beefed up the geo's quiet a bit enough to give me a headache a few times if nothing more, but where the enhance kwi's where there's not 1, not 2 but a friggin army of them, so ok i think i can camo my way past them, no good since I get my ass handed to me on a dish the first time, so basicly I come up with a new tactic, I was to burst run down the corridor to the kwi's and draw them out from the white mist, it worked too well, while my guildie friend was unconsious I basicly had an army of enhance kwi's after my burst running ass, for about 100m before they gave up the chase, my guildmate counted 35 Enhance kwi's from that exact spot (i kid you not), we tried this tactic several times, and in the end vith (my guldmate) gave up and cloned for the last time, I had died in the cave so I just logged out.

Woke up this moring to find that I was still in the caves, except i was resurected, so I though might as well try the JB way of maskscent instead of camo, got past all the kwi's (well I like all the XP they gave me) but the driod detected me so I ran to the door to the first room of the geocaves, and died in the entrance. Thinking i was foiled and planning to wait the 30mins reserection time period, I started looking around the room and spotted the mag container which holds the reward, thought might as well give it a try, and used it, and wala I get my own bolosaur. I think the next time i help a guildie get their reward and draw out the kwi's I'm taking a picture of theur number.

Sounds like my Hero ring may come in useful....

can't figure out how to make a clicky sorry guys But it kinda gives you an idea of the Kwi's lol and the guy still alive but will be dead in another hit is a Jedi. the 4 still alive in the group are 3 CH pets and another mount/pet. I don't believe the Jedi killed any of them either.

Ironically that's pretty much how I got my Hero of Tat ring, maskscent, walk (not run) into the cave only runing between 'clusters' of squill. If they attacked, rather than run and drag a bunch of them further down the path with me I'd head for a corner and let them incap me. Off they wander, I recover, mask up again, wander on my way.

Buffs? Armour? feh. if it doesn't hurt, it's not doing you good...

Where do you start the Bolotaur Quest?

A friend told me it was just an item that i could, didn't know it was part of a quest. Good thing I didn't try very hard to get in the room. My first attempt at burst-running got me cloned, i got as far as the kwi-pack and instantly was db'd, like they clothes-lined me or something. My next time I had better luck, i hugged the wall and got around them, even got to the control panel and put in the code, but there must be an "Enter" key that you have to hit afterwards or something, because when I ran in i got warped back out, and of course by then I was dead. I had my Hero Ring, but darn if it wasn't equipped. I got frustrated and gave up, but am sure I could get in there next time.

Anyway, now that i've figured out how to get the Bolotaur, can someone tell me how to do this quest so that when i get into the room next time there's actually a reward waiting for me.
