Thread: crappy kimo town pio

this is starting to piss me off. i traveled to kimo town and i noticed one player was already fightgint the kimo. He seemed to have a good handle on the guy so i didnt say anything and let him finish it off for the loot. he finished and stood by me fora second and didnt say a word. we both waited for the second spawnd and i helped this time. he got the loot. no problem. i ran up the side of the hill and noticed he was leaving good.. ichecked the area for other players and nobody around cool. i waited for about 10 minutes and a new spawn cool. thing is someone else showed up and was waiting also. needless to say i didnt get any loot from that either becuase i didnt have permission.


now basicly this just sucks ass. my guild members are to busy leveling up.. oh! did you know!!! thats what guilds are for.. yeah any just a bit pissed off becuase my area track is usless beyond compare and only 2 days i ask myselfwhat thefussk am i doing traming around as a ranger. i attempted a 3 hour ride around lok using my new super-cool area track but finally realised its worthless.


Next sob that asks for help or agroupand itdoes not benifit me more than him is going to get popped in the jaw..

That's nothing, the rebels on my server put bases down in kimo town, you see them running all over with RIS and selling GDK scales for millions

kill random spawns as much as you can. area track isnt totally worthless if you have about 4 people spread out in a 2km radius to stir up some spawns then go tracking in that area. this is most effective in the deep south around mt. chaolt, i see them all the time around there. and dont give up on ranger, it is the coolest profession.


the kimo town GDK is evil! i used to camp that place for days of frustration and got mad any time any came by to kill "my" kimo. people who came by reguarly (there was a city just 400m to the S) thought i lived there. i sucked so bad with something like rifles 2/0/1/2. the only way i could kill the GDK was to get it stuck in the wall and fire away for 45min from the top of the hill. back then the spawn times were 1 hour, you had about a 1/10 chance of getting the loot. And i would have crapped my pants and passed out if i had even got 2 scales in one loot. thats right ONLY 1 scale each loot for every RIS creature. then for a few weeks the spawn was bugged and it didnt drop the loot. i had to kill about 50 GDKs before i realized it was bugged and i was stupid. yup, back then 1 scale could eaisily got for 10 million.


lol now you see why i was so proud once i finally got my RIS hlem. after 2 months of camping every spawn and getting every part my self i was beat. buying all the parts if lame, it pisses me off because i ahd to work so hard for it and some rich guy comes in and buys it. the point is to hunt for the parts do you have something to be proud of.

Kimo town isn't the only place you can kill them at.


I pass 6-15 kimo spawns on my way to/from home, I do see giant dunes occasionally. Not that I bother to really target them to look anymore.
