I charge 25 cpu for milk now. I used to charge 50 cpu, and still had contracts.
I used to not do contracts for meat for anything lower than 30 cpu. Now people want me to hunt for 5-10 cpu.
I try and sell Wild meat off of an adventure planet which has no mission terminals for 20 cpu. This is some superb meat, for the uninformed. I was offered 50 cpu for it! Turned him to the trade forums for the auction. Other people say I could have large contracts, until I didn't want any more, if I would work cheap for them. I refuse. What is working forever if you are underpaid?

Not bad, smart.

Contacts suck. You get bored silly killing the same things over and over and over. Do what you want, harvest whatever and sell the good stuff for whatever you can.

To be even nicer, give some free stuff to noobs.

i have a contract, in the RP sense. i keep an eye out for decent hides, then we haggle on the price. so, nothing set in stone ATM, save for what i already established, which is decent scaley for 20 cpu. if something better comes along, ill charge the guy more for it, or not depending on my mood. i tend to charge less for RP buyers than regular...just cause. does that make me a bad person?

ahhhh the good ole days

I don't like selling anything for less than 20 cpu. If I can't sell, I hoard, or give free stacks to guildies. I'm not hurting for cash and can afford to play the way I like-- hunting when I feel like it, and for whom I feel like. Anybody has a problem, they can find another seller or get the goods themselves. Doesn't make any difference to me.

did you guys ever get a request for 100k of milk? I was astonished. That is about 10 hours of gameplay I am just not interested in. And on top of that, they wanted me to do it for 25 cpu. My time is pricey man, hows about 50?

Basically the market is flooded by the grouping bonus. I only hunt when I want to, and what I want to.

Heh, milk sucks to get... So I charge 200 cpu. I figure if they want it, they'll pay it. Because all I know is, I don't want it for how much work it takes. As for contracts, eh, I've never really done any. Somehow I manage to scrape by...

Man, people on our server want to pay 5 cpu for Dath Leathery that's at 981 OQ atm.

I know a lot of creatures drop it, but still..... 19 points away from max OQ. C'mon!

I dont do contracts, I hunt when I feel like it. Maybe I am not rich, but I enjoy it.

As I see it they are paying for the time to get the milk, and the time it took to become a Master Ranger. But like the others have said, I get contracts before I hunt and its onlyfor the critters I want to hunt. Unless theMaster ArmorSmithfrom my guild needs something. Then its a I scratch your back you scratch mine senario.
