Ranger Archive

So, some may have read my last post asking about Ranger, I started regrinding scout and got sick of trapping. So, i decided I would just respec to Master Ranger. I now feel guilty (is this a good sign showing I truly care about the prof???) I've tried to justify this to myself, I tried Ranger a long time ago and got halfway through it before I dropped it for TKM/Master Rifleman, still can't figure out why I spur of the moment dropped it. Anyway, I hope I can still be accepted into the Ranger community.

That said I wanted to ask a few questions about hunting. I didn't know what these poptarts people were talking abou, I think I found out. I was making traps and decided I would try kiting something big like a kimo with adhesives to root and P-darts to slow them down. I was fighting the kimo and threw a P-dart at it to slow it down then it just stopped moving, is this the poptart bug i've read about?

About hunting, to make resource gathering profitable should I get contacts or just gather a lot of high quality resources and try selling them on the trade forums?

Dumb question I might as well ask here, I decided to try to gather components for a suit of RIS armor, I know what I need, but how much of each component do I need per suit?

Well, so far ranger hsa been a lot of fun, I've been roaming Lok gathering avian and herbivore meat for the guild BE, all i remember is its OQ 901 on avian and herb. is 899. I've killed the occasional kimo, got 8 gurk king hides, and I think i've got Ranger kinda figured out because I've played for 2 years and I have past experience with Scout and Ranger.
