Ever since I started using the /areatrack I have noticed a severe decrease in the animal population. This has happened several times on several different planets. And I when I say decrease I mean none...nill...zilch...nadda. Am I the only one who has noticed this? Amd were talking heavy mob populated planets such as Endor and Dathomir?

Everyone has seen this...once you get out of the mission spawn areas around cities on all planets including starter planets, creature spawns are few and far between.. I hope they fix this soon.

No you don't understand I mean absolutely positively no MOBs. A group of usran from one end of Endor to the other and never saw a single MOB...after I started to /areatrack. Before I was using /areatrack for them we were finding MOBs.

And I know people tend to exaggerate on forums but in this case I am not. Unequivocally across the board we never saw a single MOB of any kind from the South end of Endor to the North end.

It also has happened on Dathomir. I was asked to join a party and track some rancors for them. We wentto the rancor grounds and found some. Got rid of those and started looking for some more. None were around so I began tracking. After about an hour we gave up not finding anything at all to hunt.

I want to know if this happening to anyone else.

Spawns are more scattered. As far as I can tell. mob spawns can be broken down into basic categories: mission spawns and static spawns.

Now, with static spawns, I mean the game generated the spawn (and lair). Rancor grounds falls into that category. Now these static spawns are on a cycle timer. They appear for a while, anywhere from a few minutes to nearly an hour, and despawn, and make room for a new cycle of spawns, and in most cases a different mix of mobs. On Dathomir for example, hunting rancor and grauls, I noticed that I can not see asingle one of them for sometime up to 4 hours, and then be in up to my neckwith them. /burstrun/peace /peace...

Also, do not rely on track to give you an accurate mob spawn picture. Range is 500m, and in many cases, my track did not pick up a single target, and 150m later,I am surrounded by mobs. I suspect, it has something to do with server boundary, and if I have been in that server area recently.

The very few times, where I ran from end to the planet to the other, and not encountered not a single mob (impossible under normal situation, outside Smuggler's outpost on endor if you west or south), it is because one of the routers is lagging out and your "server is loading....."
