It's made of "iron". You have to loot it for its advanced armor component. No organic to harvest.

reason for that is if u had tried all the angles they have loot!!! or should i say an armor segment which can be taken about 50% of the time off each voritor lizard. had a few myself i'm not a crafter so i don't know which craft uses the stuff

I have not found any voritor type that you are able to harvest from. Been huntin on dant for a while now too.
