Heya:

Up north of Kor Vella you can find snow.

Maybe later on there will be snow on some other planets. (- cough - Hoth?)

My wish list item is for Rangers to be able to use skis in the Wayfaring line.

If base movement is running speed, skis would allow Rangers to move uphill at normal speed, downhill at 5x speed, and cross country at 2x speed.

Skis would be a Ranger-only craftable and usable item.

This would be really neato. Never expect it to happen but since it IS a wish list....

- I'm sure we'd have to include Commandos and Squad Leaders in on them as well.

Envisioning some ski races and the resulting "nerf this class, they can ski faster" made me spit my coffee out this morning

Wow, i love it. But, if we have skis, some stony 16 year old will insist they add snowboards too. Then what? A half pipe?

Still a great idea though.

There are skis in starwars han solo and kip duron went ski'ng to gether in one of the books.

only real diffrence is that the poles had small repulsers on the ends.

LOL farfetched? as in compaired to what? blue glowie old men that talk to weak farmboys and coach them into heros? its all far fetched man thats whats great about it.

anyway of course I was reading EU since there is thousands of Starwars books comics etc. there are 5 (soon to be six) movies and or novel adaptation of the movie.

By definition SWG is EU. Expanded universe or EU is anything Starwars that expands apon the story that the movies started.

and btw, every EU source is George Lucas approved.
