i am a master marksman and almost to ranger and currently have a few options i could either get bounty hunter or rifleman pistoleer or carbineer but i prefer not to go pitoleer beacause my hunting buddy is pistoleer.

Be a good idea to go with pistoleer especially if you and your hunting buddy are hunting together alot. That is what my hunting partner and Ido. Both pistoleers and target the same pool, health. Makes for alot faster kills when you target one ham pool.

Answer:

First: get novice bounty hunter and take the entire pistol line.

Then: get novice pistoleer and the level I pistol speed box.

You should have 1 skill point left. You'll have powerful pistol skills from the BH line, be able to use all pistols but the commando launcher pistol, pistol melee defense one for close range if you really need it(not as good as it used to be, but still good for a single bop lol), and near maxed out pistol speed meaning that you'll always be firing near the speed cap of 1.0 seconds. You will also have fairly excellent accuracy to boot.

That makes for an excellent combo.

Alternatively:

Either go Pistoleer and take the entire speed line and some marksmanship or go BH and do the entire pistol line and some of the lightning cannon.

But really, with the limited skill points you have left to spend, you'll get the most bang for your buck with the BH pistol line + novice pistoleer + 1 box speed.
