Hello! Look, i have scout skills to 4 exept traping. any special wy to gwr loads of traping Xp? Thnx. i think trping a krayt dragon would do it...

anyways, make all the traps you can and useone of eachon one creature, rinse, repeat

Find something you can kill in 2 shots, surpress, throw 1 of each trap you have at it, finish it off. Rinse, repeat.

You can also throw wire mesh traps over and over at a critter and get xp everytime it hits.

Get in a group that takes on fambaas and falumpasets, stay behind them and throw traps all day. Fambaas are worth 446 per trap. If you really feel up to it, head to Dantooine Agro Outpost and get some voritors, huurtons, and seething bols. Your trapping will skyrocket but better not get hit by them.

Go to a Creature handler and buy a non-aggro level 15 or below pet (Rock beetle, Mountain Krevol, Cowardly Gurrek) that can take a beating. Now take your pet out and have it attack something. Once your pet establishes aggro you can stand there and toss traps on the creature all day.

I levelled trapping exactly how Fwad said until I got Master Scout, the only problem is your pet takes quite a beating while you are throwing traps. Then a small group of us went to explore Yavin4, while killing Crystal Snakes I hit a trap and got 400xp. Luckily they are good friends and let me just spam traps while they killed, within 20mins I had cleared Adv Trapping 1 and capped my XP. If you have some friends who can help it really will save a lot of pain.

i leveled all ranger trapping tier in one hunt, all you need to do is keep attacking a sand beatle with a low power weapon until it start to walk, then trow all your wire mesh traps on it until you run out then run off /peace then come back once you have more traps crafted. i got 18k xp off one beatle when leveling and only stopped because i ran out of traps

Another good option is to find someone who's trying to grind through some melee XP. The two of you group and go find the toughest MOBs that your melee pal can handle. He takes them on virtually solo, while you stand behind him and throw traps. This is essentially like the pet strategy, but you're finding a player to be your tank instead. I think this makes for more fun in general. Plus, if you have some medic skills, you can get medic XP by healing your pal.

ok. i got ranger with frotiering 2 now. i used my twin mountain dewbacks and hunted mountain dewbacks. i used 5 typs of traps on um. around 5k XP per dewback i found
