Can anyone recommend a good site for finding out what kinds of hides/meat is in shift on what planet for what critters? thanx

I don't believe there are any sites that do that. Resources shift so frequently that by the time someone gets a comprehensive database together the resources would have shifted already.
Why don't you try and actually do some hunting to find out what's good or not?

Saturday I made a Herbivore meat run and updated the quality of resources of all planet in my server
More the people participating, more accurate the changes after shifting
