Im looking for something to completement BE/CH. I would only have enough for 0030. What could I tell about a creature at that level?

If you mean on the tracking side you can tell direction and distance for both animals and npc's. As far as the examine part i cant remember what improvement comes at level 3 but roughly speaking you will be able to tell Resistances and vulnerabilities, difficulty level and ferocity level. Someone else may be at lvl 3 and tell you more about that side of it.

Tracking III gives you everything except for to-hit (Tracking IV) and damage (Master).

So all the resistances, if deathblows, stalking, and specials plus a few other minor things. This level of skill would work very well with a BE/CH and is what I plan on doing once I'm tired of trying out other professions.
