Okay guys asking a question for a friend who's looking to do some stat mid so she can wear armor. She's wondering what are good stats for a zabrik ranger/CH with pistol 4. Thanks for the help everyone.

Ranger makes very little difference. Because of the CH and wanting to wear armor, I'd recommend maxing out the secondaries. For whatever is left over, spread it out almost evenly between the HAM (Health is the most likely to get hit, Action is most used by pistols, and mind is both unhealable and needed for petstims/normal stims). Although stats really need to change depending on play style. Just the given information is not really enough to know what your friend would be best suited having.

Hmm lets see if I can add anything to help, she usually hunts in a group with another Ch/BE and a medic/commando with a flame thrower. The commando is the main damage dealer. She has been hunting on Dantooine and while hunting without armor has been fine before she has noticed that 1 or 2 hits and it's a trip to the clone center here. She has bought a full set of ubese she loves but can't wear, so figures it is finally time for a stat midigation. She doesn't like to get close to the fight prefering to stay back and let her pet take the damage while she blast but of course many time the creatures have other ideas. Hope this helps in the info department.

Helps a bit. Given that she hunts with 2 people with medical skills, the mind stats don't need to be that high. The armor should prevent a significant portion of damage so health is less important than action (the action costs will go up the most because of the armor). I don't know the exact stats possible for a Zabrak but I would say to put as much as possible into the secondaries (to speed up regeneration and to reduce weapon HAM costs, especially when the armor is on) and then put 45% of the leftover points into action, 30% into health, and 25% into mind. So the HAMs would be something like 600/900/500 with the rest of the points in secondaries. This should let her wear ubese and still use some specials while surviving more than one or two hits (2000 damage through 65% ubese is only650 damage so you'd need a krayt to get one hit incapped unless you let your HAM get really low). Although, never having tried the combo myself, I can't guarantee this will work well. Taking some out of the secondaries and putting them in primaries might help but that really depends on how often she gets hit and how long it would take to get the creature off (a rancor would need 10-20 seconds to incap her from full HAM).

Edit: Took out an extra word that somehow made it in.
