Careful about putting in the any price terms. While grinding before the patch might be important you don't want to bankrupt yourself over it. Personally, I would recommend talking to someone who is grinding Ranger. They should be able to give you the stuff reasonably cheaply. And the Trade Forums are probably your best bet for something like this.
