Lunas you pointed me in an interesting direction thanks
"i hope they make us huntable then the bh's will have something else they can cry about to the devs besides the jedi. i was tracking a ranger and he sicked a krayt on me he's an EXPLOITER!! hahahaha"
Trap: "Illness Stink Bomb" (please giveit a better name)
Effect: Causes all agro creatrues (mabye even the carnavores) to agro thetargetedcreature.
This trap contains a chemical that resembles the smell of a sick and dying animal causing all agressive creatures to attempt to get an easy meal and attack the effected animal.
Schematic and useage granted at Advanced Trapping 4.
This trap would be highly effective in getting away from agressive creatures on say Dathomir or Endor. also letting some random agressive creature tank for you if you so desire.

Nice hehe. I can just imagine laying down camo'd in a pack of rancors and than planting that on the face of a BH followed by the gesture of "have fun".

This rates an "Out freaking standing".
Novel idea, gives us one lil tiny offense act.
Might save our lives in PvP. OMG, a function for Rangers in PvP. Alert the media.

Great idea, but would it be effective against Trandoshans? I mean, they already smell like sick/dying animals.

Great idea! I think it would be fun to have a trap like that to make the Bh life a little harder.

Perhaps instead of the smell of a dying animal, it could be a pheromone trap, and instead of animals trying to eat the target, they try and hump it to death?
Perhaps not.
Perhaps not.

just because Calc smells that way doesn't mean they all do...
also, this is a good idea. I'll try to flesh it out a bit and integrate it into the next Outdoorsman proposal. As I wrote that sentance, I forsaw how cool it would be if it were intergrated along with ground traps...imagine laying a series of ground traps with that kind of trap in them in a group of aggro critters. you run through, undetected. Mo-ron Bh tries to follow you through thinking his mask scent will hide him...when POOF, he runs over your trap, killing his mask scent and making all those baddies aggro on him.
So when added to the Outdoorsman, it makes for quite a compelling trap idea.

Lol
you mean like if you stand in the wrong position near a cat and tell it to do a trick? (cats have a "begging" trick where they stand on their hind legs and "hop")
