I was just wondering what era everyone would want to play in. Here are some examples:

-4000 years BE4. Around Knights of the Old Rebublic time.

-50 years BE4. A little beforeEpisode 1.

-20 BE4. Clone Wars

-1 AE4. The time we are in now.

-3 AE4.between episodes 5 and 6.

-5 AE4. After the Battle of Endor

-9 AE4. Thrawn Era

-25 AE4. New Jedi Order Era.

*Note: BE4=Before Episode 4. AE4= After Episode 4.

I personaly like the Thrawn Era myself. I like the fact that Imperials and Rebels are about even. Also there is an open door way for Jedi while still making it plausable to have to unlock your Jedi character. There's arguably the best Star Wars story ever, save for the origanal trilogy, going on.

So what would you set it in if you made SWG?

I like the time we are in now. The Rebels are the underdog, but they are able to make a difference. I just wish there was the ability to maintain continuity (while I disagree with the departures from continuity, I certainly understand it from the devs POV) and I wish the Empire truelyruled the galaxy with an iron fist, but I am happy with the timeframe.

Well with all the friggin jedi around it should be around epp 1-2 and not now cuase they are all but dead,., but obviously SOE doesnt care about being consistant,, soo just look at it the way i do,,
